How We Structure Our Days

Every day at TLC for Tots is filled with love, learning, and play. Our daily rhythm balances structure and flexibility, meeting the needs of both infants and toddlers while nurturing their growth and joy.

Infants follow their own rhythms for naps and feedings, and are gently integrated into the flow of the day. Toddlers participate in more structured activities like circle time and group play. 

The schedule below provides a general idea of how our days are structured. 

8/8:30 - 9:00am | Arrival and free play

9:00 – 9:30am | Morning circle time, songs

9:00 - 10:00am | Infant morning nap

9:30 – 10:00am | Dramatic and imaginative play

10:00 -10:30am|Art and crafts

10:30 - 11:30am |Learning activities and sensory play

11:30 – 12:00pm | Lunch

12:00 - 12:30pm | Story time

12:30 – 2:30pm| Nap time

3:00 - 3:30pm | Snack time

3:30– 4:30pm | Outdoor play

4:30 – 5:00pm: Free play and pick-up

Our schedule supports early development while allowing for flexibility and individual needs. We focus on a mix of quiet and active time, creative play, outdoor exploration, and nurturing routines that help children feel safe and confident.
